On Friday May 8, 2015, The Four Legged Project presented the third vest to Deputy Sinnett with the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s office. The vest was awarded to PSD Nimitz.
The Four Legged Project would like to extend a huge thank you to a local hero named Ana! She heard about The Four Legged Project and wanted to help! Ana created a display for the Sedgwick County Fair this year. Ana worked very hard to help protect the police K-9’s! All of Ana’s hard work paid off! She presented Nikki, the FLP president with a donation to cover one full vest and most of a second one!

Thank you Ana! Without caring people like you, the k-9 officers would not be protected! Here are some photos of Ana and all of her hard work!
On April 6th, 2016 The Four Legged Project was invited to The Wichita Thunder Game. Nikki spoke to the audience during one of the intermissions about the FLP and the good work the organization is doing. The Wichita Gun Club held a jersey auction with the proceeds going to the FLP. Over $2500.00 was raised to buy two vests for waiting K-9’s.
